Breast milk for a chronically or critically ill child is crucial.  Most of these children cannot nurse directly so a mother pumping her breast milk is one of the most important things she can do for her child.  It is difficult to be in a hospital setting and produce a large amount of milk so a hands free breast feeding bra helps the mother produce more milk while freeing her hands up to nurture and love on her child.

Our Story



The Forrest Spence Fund begins with the story of Brittany and David Spence’s first child, Robert Forrest Spence, born on September 10, 2007. Shortly after birth, Forrest developed complications and was transported to the PICU at Le Bonheur Children’s Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee, where he fought valiantly for life for 55 days before his illness overtook him.
